Typically the design process will begin with a face to face meeting. During this meeting the goal is to set up a foundation of what you're looking for — mainly the features you need, the overall goal of the project, budget and a time frame for completion.

After the initial meeting a rough draft will be generated and either a subsequent meeting or email correspondence will take place. The objective here is to illustrate the vision obtained from the previous meeting, ensure that it nears your vision and offer a quote for the service.

The next step is where it all comes to fruition, the solid design process. Vivid Apparitions never charges for services until the project is satisfactorily completed. The design isn't finished until you say so!
